Looks like poaching, medical benefits, the wage is pretty good (not on this document but I've seen it) and shares incentive so a chemical sales professional looking for some blue sky incentive if they help turbo charge the team performance. Very clever measured move forward by Dirk & team imo. Companies under pressure don't hire sales they sack them.. always the first to go.
