Good2no. What you said is precisely the situation.
People want to know when the TO agreement will be signed and THAT information is exactly the major catalyst that should drive the SP. So, they can't even give the slightest hint as that will just cause more speculation. Better to have frustration than speculation as the former can eventually be satisfied whereas speculation would be out of control and be damaging for all genuine stakeholders.
Sadly, if people are genuinely interested in the company and the Agate Creek Project and not just as a punt, then they should fully understand that and cop the wait, as frustrating that that has turned out to be. Even the Ewamian People didn't even give it a mention and you would think that that agreement would be of significant financial benefit to them.
If, management are playing this strictly by the book and with that attitude, then, IMO, the first we will hear of this is with a TH. Let's wait and see.
