Kris has done more for MEB over the past 18 months than you care to understand. Kris has been a shareholder for a long period of time and isn't about to abandon his sizable position before the main dance kicks off.
Kris' expertise isn't in the med tech space, however he was instrumental in navigating the company over the past few years and getting this back on track and bringing Jack and a number of the key board members on board.
It was the right thing for Kris to do personally and for the benefit of the company moving forward.
