Just read through the rules regarding the release of information.
In this instance it looks like the compmay does not need to announce given there have been 2 previous anns with the 30 day time frame. As it is coming from a gvt body and not a 3rd party or industry peer etc it looks ok to my eye upon further investigation.
They would imo have to still be planning something to release given everything going on with the company. I would put my hand up to do probono marketing if they dont because it would be a massive oversight to forget to hype the news.
Has to be after trade today or Monday.
