I'm 100% sure phase 1b will be a 'success' because it just measures the safety & tolerability of the vaccine. This won't tell whether the vaccine is effective against cancer. It will conclude with the best dose required for the patients for the more important Phase 2. Phase 1a has successfully proven that, so won't be much different with 1b.
On top of that, it's kind of confirmed by LC from that interview.
So I think the SP will at most double since the last resistance. I'd say it will be worth $0.03 around the announcement. Unless a big deal is signed before then.
