The Slovak Constutional Court only declared as invalid the lower court's verdict that Babis was not an agent and returned the case to the lower court for a new trial.
There is no law prohibiting former agents to be elected as MPs. Many parties will not allow them to run as candidates but the law says that the voters are sovereign. There will be a Special session of the Parliament on Monday to discuss the issue of lithium and the role of EMH.
