The biology argument is absurd - society has moved beyond stopping women from seeking careers previously thought unsuitable to women, ie. army, fire brigade, police etc etc.
Biology is no longer the basis for dividing our society - as you are trying to suggest.
So the biology argument you are proposing is as irrelevant, as stopping women from joining fire brigade.
So this vote is therefore seeking a logical change to marriage, to reflect the change that has occurred in society in so many ways, as listed above.
