There has been a lot of spec about ql. Sounds good......however any thoughts on other land that may be the subject of an acquisition by us. I really think there is an a in us before a m or a t/o.
I won’t mention a name as I have no reason to but I would speculate strongly on some land close by geographically that would keep pa close to home rather than China. Those who struggle with anything more than having an interest in land need us !
