It would be unlikely the OIO block this sale given the parties involved and secondly they have a rather suspended parliament at this point so it would be interesting how much that gets involved. It is a very big leap for BPT so they will be very much on top of any little wrinkle that might appear in regards the OIO approval.
Just did the (electronic) paperwork for some good folk this afternoon on their rights issues, they are happy albeit emptier of pocket in the short term.
