My prediction, for whatever that is worth (read hope) , is 1.1 -1.3 by next fortnight, depending how many people are in the know a ramp up to 1.5-1.8 near the 23rd of November, sell off back to 1.1-1.3 if we miss council approval deadlines, rinse and repeat in December/January until approvals then a steady move up over 2-3c when granville sales commence regularly and then bigger numbers when Taronga breaks ground.
