I will be attending this roadshow and talking to the Managing Director for a number of reasons.

1. To get a feel for the guy and see if he is a good operator or just a shonky real estate sales man.

Its always better to meet or a least see what the guy and the company team is really like.

Also it gives u a chance to hear what other people wish to ask him and any ideas u have yourself.

Plus u meet other people in the share community doing the same things as u and u Network a bit.
