    They probably need to raise funds soon so the directors can keep paying themselves and do their christmas shopping.
    Maybe a placement or rights issue at 5c like a couple of years ago b4 the consolidation?
    Been keeping an eye on NEO, but haven't bought yet. They didn't have much money in the bank last time i looked.
