Yes that’s all fine. I just don’t like untruths told about the unitholders position when there is no basis in fact. Feel free to correct me anytime. I’m not a lawyer but I have read the unit trust deed in detail. And it seems that as much as I ask for a second opinion none, that seem valid, are forthcoming.
