@infoseeker seeker - plenty of heads up was given on multiple occasions. Good news, carefully planned just days shy of 'SINGLES DAY', which some of us expect will bring further revenue to the company, also.
The novice holder would know how to respond - as you indicated yourself many have been accumulating.
Due diligence is still outstanding, lets see what it will bring. If this goes ahead you would think we are likely to see consolidation, possibly name changes to branding - not so sure.
This is a great addition to SMA operations and credit to the new management. I agree with @NavyDiver - a great fit, question I have is what else is coming?
Expecting more news, let's see how all this unfolds.
