% OF OWNERSHIP MAYBE

It does reach a point eventually where the effect is nill.....but they are not there yet

GPN owned 100% of Gabbanintha/Nowthanna and after this issue will own 10%....REST MY CASE

A simple example

If out of 100 Million shares on issue they (a group of associates) owned 50% of the company and then decide to issue another 100 Million essentially to those same associates they end up owning 75% of the company.....

The shareprice doesnt matter because they have the % ownership. If the company is worth $100M they have $75M between them...regardless of share price being 1c or $1.

I will have no problem with what is happening if I can see the benefit for ALL CURRENT shareholders.
