Phosphagenics is not the only organization sweating on a favourable Mylan arbitration outcome.Corrs Chambers Westgarth would suffer considerable reputational damage if an unfavourable judgment occurred.Corrs claims a very high profile status as indicated below and surely would have left the process if there was any glaring weakness in the Phosphagenics case.
