Hi Fergus,

I get there eventually. The Zinc metal reclaim will actually be slightly better than I've shown depending on the amount of Zinc in the spent Galvanising pickle.
In the spent Steel pickle APG expect 150kg of iron from each tonne of pickle. Another 1.45 tonne of Iron comes from the extra rust added from Baghouse dust etc. So the figures I played with could have an extra 10% Zinc metal depending on the amount of Zinc in the Gal Pickle.
