What are HAV's assets worth when it runs out of money? Your talking as though HAV isn't running all over the country trying to find cash to stay solvent and failing. No one will offer anything close to market value for HAV's assets in this position.
They need to show they have the cash to survive and that comes down to the gold grade at Portia, so long as it's below 1g/t HAV appear to lose money. No one will lend them any cash or underwrite them and I can't see the shareholders putting in $5.4 million. It's not over yet but we are walking the line.
Not exactly a position of strength from which to sell assets.
