    2 things:

    1) read continuous disclosure rule 3.1:
    http://www.asx.com.au/ListingRules/chapters/Chapter03.pdf
    then tell me if UMC are obliged to inform the market. people need to understand this.

    2) mate, even if they had the results, maybe the directors are busy doing other things......... like blowing the entertainment budget?!?!?!?!?!
