If ARH has gone or may be going busen-zum-himmel all it takes is a phone call to whoever granted the leases in the first place - there's usually a reversion clause in assignment provisions which are fairly wide in remit. Also I think the last accounts filed by ARH were in 2014/15 - now 3 years down the track I think it's fairly reasonable to assume that they aren't trading since their suspension started in 3/15 for failure to submit half year a/c's back then.
