I am seeing a lot of dodgy valuations floating around HC based on ore reserve. Folks you dont value a bike shop by how many bikes are on the shelf, you need to look at the profit being made on selling bikes year to year.
AJM has always been a standout to me for this reason - high grade, shallow, thick deposit means quick and highly profitable to mine, with lots of undrilled exploration upside
Cant wait to see what production upgrade plans (and EBITDA upgrades) come through soon... (and the brokers scrambling to upgrade price targets again - woops!)
