A correction to my earlier comment (for which I apologise):
"This is still the same company that had a net asset deificency of $1.0M just 3 months ago, and total assets of ~$7.5M ($6.0 after excluding goodwill)".

According to the PFR03 results, total assets were $6.2M at 30/6, including $1.55M in intangibles. Excluding for intangibles, tangible total assets were $4.65M (or $4.3M, excluding "other" in all asset and liability columns).

    MUL's asset base (30/6) comprised:
    cash (C) = $194K
    receivables (C) = $2,727K
    inventories (C) = $874K
    other (C) = $414K
    plant & equipment (NC) = 429K
    other (NC) = $49K
    intangibles (NC) = $1,550K

    Liabilities totalled $7,278K, comprising:
    payables (C) = $4,301K
    debt (C) = $2,279K
    provisions (C) = $216K
    other (C) = $112K
    debt (NC) = $94K
    provisions (NC) = $277K

The net asset deficiency was $1,042K.

    All the best,
    Grant62
