We already knew that the independent review hasn't started yet, as for onlymoney's post (12/09/17). Today's news reinforce my opinion that every player wants this deal done, only patience is required because India's bureaucracy is the worst in Asia and maybe in the world. Investing in ESI is like a karmic experience that requires a zen attitude but at the end lies the reward. IMO
