just doing some DD on it now, it has some decent land holding for lithium in Argentina, cobalt as well, but the big one could be the extraction technology you mentioned, although only early stages, but could provided a cash flow steam if all goes to plan, EV is at shell value don't see much down side from here, think 3 was the bottom.
only bad point I can see is lots of shares on issue and negative sentiment but you would expect that coming down from 2.5c, but MC is the key.
