Personally, I value PCG $1.70 today.
From chat point from view, pcg is building a very bullish chat. PCG is a small but has competition advantage business. Now, market only pricing it how much works it has got, also. Forget about ( in CAP case purposely ) its ability to get works.
Its managements can think from long time shareholders point of view and that is being proofed in last couple of years.
It will take me a deep think if someone offer me $1.70 now and today, anything below this, answer is simple, NO!
