Welcome back NB1...was wondering where you'd got to. Wasn't the weather much chop??

The "ridiculous valuations" you refer to have been the result of a considerable amount of work by our friend Ferg. The sarcasm is perhaps a little misplaced.

He has merely applied a present value to each of the components that have been announced by the company and therefore have a likely chance of coming to fruition, based on the timeframe supplied by the company. I'm not sure that he has said that the sum of these are therefore what the SP should be.... just the total value of the projects on a per share basis.

The encouraging announcement re zinc came after the model had been developed.

There are obviously a plethora of other opportunities open to the company and that will potentially add value. The company has a lot of blue sky. However, it is up to the market to determine just how much SP premium to place on this blue sky over and above the bare bones that has been presented. If you reckon that there will be 50 companies ready to scrap their existing processes and install EARS SR, Ferg has given you the figures to use. Multiply away!!

I might add that Ferg's model was developed AFTER the price dropped to the levels you refer to. It is misleading to attribute the drop to "ridiculous valuations".

Personally, I think it is of value to have as much info as possible...eg... the model showed just how significant the smaller EARS plants will be to the bottom line.

    :o) T
