Those expenditures and others you haven't mentioned, as far as they are known, have been projected into some estimates.
Also the 'bulk' factor has been spoken of, no one here is not aware of the variables you mention. We don't have all the answers and until the bids come in no one will.
There are unknowns until this auction - and surprise surprise there will be unknowns that remain for each and every auction and including next year when then ruby JORC reveals more.
