I can’t believe that anyone would think it was a good idea to have an earn out like this with an acquisition where it is possible to pull forward revenue. If you are going to have an earn out (good idea) it needs to be done over at least 2 years so that billing timing games are not played.
Let’s hope that XIP is not another SGH in the making.
