News: TLS Telstra updates on net productivity target, page-61

tls CP,the productivity/cost savings r from tls no longer being required to maintain the node to premise copper,but now only maintain a modern national re wired fibre to the node nbn network.
Compared to the pre nbn agreement cost of maintaining the crap national copper network.
Penn suggests now a $1.5b productivity /cost savings and has made clear the national fibre network to the node (generally speaking) will b automated.
As posted ready to b corrected?
Put it this way,what do tls share holders think penn is talking about when he talks productivity savings,of course he can lay off some dead wood,management levels but much of that dead wood would make up a small part of the productivity/cost savings of tls not having to maintain a corroding flooded copper national network.
There r one off payments for tls to pay and receive but at the end of the day its a ongoing cost saving which must b included with the ongoing nbn lease payments as it forms the compensation as per nbn agreement.
Now if Ash or Neil believe i'm talking bs b nice with yr posts.
ps obviously that adds up to approx $2.5b by 2020,without including any profit growth from penns new businesses?.
