hdr trading volumes

Hard to understand the trading volumes so far today, Hardman had figures of just over a 1,000,000 shares traded in the first 1½ hours of trading, up to 11:30am, since then there've traded only a further 117,000 shares in 2¾ hours, 2:20pm (EST).
Hardmans share price seems frozen on 0.69 cents, all this with a good flow rate report yesterday and the possibility of spudding Tiof within the week.
Anyone got any answers as to why Hardman aren't sitting in the mid 0.70's plus or am I too premature and as soon as I post this the price will explode upwards, fingers crossed.
