Yes HGO would have to be in a halt too ... correct. Look I hope its reserves too ... but why a halt for reserves certification???? Why not just announce them .. its not like its any secret that they are targeting 50-100 PJ??
So it has to be a placement ... which would be better after the reserves announcement, or more likley IMHO the Orion spin-off.
