legal action pending class action

Attention all RRS/RRSO holders, Approx 3 months ago, I engaged Legal Representation from a Highly Respected and well known Legal Firm regarding Range Resources, as a precautionary measure should RRSO holders be shafted, myself having a vested interest being a top 20 holder.
Unfortunately at this stage it looks like RRSO will expire out of the money, if this is the case,
LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST RANGE RESOURCES WILL COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY PROCEEDING 01/10.07.
I have been advised that shareholders have a strong case, no further details will be given at this stage, proceedings will revolve around,
1) Breach of Disclosure
2) Non Disclosure
3) Misrepresentation
4) Collusion with Related 3rd Party"s
5) Trades between Nominee accounts will be investigated
Private shareholders have been treated with contempt by Range management, and I strongly suggest Range Resources offer RRSO holder an olive branch, Legal Action is not preferable for either party's, but if you think RRSO holders are just going to walk away and never be heard of again, you are strongly mistaken.

I think many shareholders are being bluffed by the fact that our fearless leader is a Corporate Lawyer, believe
me, Law's have been breached and those responsible will be held accountable.
I even have Video/audio evidence of our fearless leader publicly admitting, misleading shareholders. I was gob smacked at the time when this particular question was addressed and the following explaination was given.


Range Resources has 6 more trading days to satisfy RRSO holders, or to extend an olive branch, or unfortunately this is the path that will be taken.

LEGAL PROCEEEDING'S WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION, AND ALL RRS/RRSO SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE.
NOTE: I STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL RRSO HOLDERS BUY A SMALL MARKETABLE QUANTITY OFF RRS FULLY PAIDS SHARE'S IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HOLD SOME.
