q.... are payments coming through, page-19

I'm still waiting too. I think they are deliberately holding on to our cash for as long as possible. I plan to complain to ASIC via their web site. The fact that CEMEX has paid the amount to RINKER is a joke. Aren't CEMEX and RINKER now one and the same? Don't understand why they didn't just send out the cheques. All a plot to circumvent the Corporations Act and earn interest on our money for as long as possible.
