There is no law against placing sell orders - ASIC can't do a thing - and you're silly if you think they can...
SP3 - they just sold a project to Korab - that is in effect their capital raising. Financial health assured now.
Can't see a cap raising - don't know why you would think that - and a higher price is better for a cap rasiing anyway!
