legal action pending class action, page-16

Yep, company kidding itself if it thinks all the people who feel they have been shafted are just going to cop it and walk away. Some may walk away but many are likely to explore legal action as a means of obtaining justice. Large amounts of money are involved and people tend to give a hoot if they believe they have been rorted. If people believe they have been deceived in any financial/investment/business matter (and have suffered a loss as a result of the deception) then they should obtain legal advice re possible causes of action.

Everything at RRS may be legit, but maybe not.

Sure will be an interesting can of worms.

Consort, Captain Starlight, capping, discount shares, consultant's fees, amazing cashburn....Consort buyout transaction...
So many stories coming out of the company, so many mysterious transactions, so many unexplained delays, so many months without updates, so many AIM listing pieces of bull. Must be the longest AIM foreplay in history!

Regarding an earlier poster's comments re hearsay, evidence of what a person said is accepted as important evidence in many cases. Evidence re oral representations is crucial in many cases.

As has been discussed, the company if it wanted to could issue new options at a nominal price to RRSO holders.
