    Why are you so quick to hose down the idea of legal action?

    Obviously many peole feel they have been wronged, isn't it wise for them to obtain independent legal advice?

    Why are you so keen for poeple to believe that they have no chance of recovering their losses?

    Do you think that people in business can say whatever they like and when brought to account can just cry hearsay (lol) and conjecture?!
