I think AVZ has great potential, but it's being sold as a get rich quick scheme by misleading and overly aggressive posters. Only way that this is going anywhere is via a sale, and the Chinese know that. There are other high grade deposits out there big enough to sustain individual companies over the next few decades. This is a mega scale project that needs mammoth investment. Purchasing the tenement rights is one cost, then they have to develop, mine etc all at their expense.

Aside from opportunity cost, there are only going to be a few companies in the world that would be willing and able to pay such an exorbitant price for 60% of a tenement. Even 300mil for 60% is a lot for just the right to mine. The mine itself would cost in the 100's of millions, all the operating risk and issues taken on board. Serious investment, which will take years to recoup on.

I see a sale here, but I can't see it happening the way people are describing it.

All IMHO as some irate commentators have advised.

Which part is misleading ? Which part of my posts are wrong.
I did correct my typo, obviously, I'm only a human, error is common.

I hold AVZ, so would be conflict of interest, but my posts are based on the facts or my personal opinions.

If you are capable of discussing the facts of AVZ, is more than welcome, imo.
