Hilarious. Why not write to the judge and give him the benefit of your wisdom? I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

Your sense of humour is about as good as your understanding of matters most adults of an average level of intelligence and experience would readily grasp but eludes you. It can't be easy going through life in a fog.

As for my writing skills, these have taken time to develop to their present level. I haven't been criticised that often for an inability to deliver messages in ways appropriate for intended audiences. I kept what I wrote yesterday simple because I was conscious there would be a few simple types like you reading it, which is why I deliberately used short words. I kept the sentences short too. I thought you'd appreciate it but was disappointed to learn you didn't. Can't win 'em all I suppose.

I wrote the piece because it was the right thing to do. Sorry if I didn't write like it a barrister - did this prevent you from enjoying it? What $1bn? WTG hasn't got any assets to speak of and insurers don't pay out on fraud. Please enlighten us.

Ref djr/Ibsen - he might be interested to know that I've been compared to Tolstoy in the past (he was a Russian author - someone who writes books - but is dead now btw, SWC: "everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself " and all that. Sadly it was only for the volume of rubbish I write (there - you can jump on that one and say I admitted it). He wrote quite a long book called: "War & Peace", which was about war and peace. I tried to read it on several occasions but couldn't get to the end of chapter 1 - I must have been quite tired at the time.

I admit nothing except that SGH is a basket case and you've blown your money. Luckily for you your NO vote will mean nothing because there'll be enough sensible people left high and dry in SGH to grab whatever's on offer with both hands by voting 'PLEASE' and they'll then hope for the best. If what's been produced by WTG's senior litigators in the ludicrous claim against WTG is anything to go by, their hopes will be wasted. That's if AC et al don't decide to take SGH private after offering holders 1c a share or remain forever an insignificant minority (the equivalent of an ant) in a company who's shares aren't traded.

Apart from the above, everything looks to be in your favour.
