I certainly hope you manage to last another 12 months @mirren : it appears that Q3 2018 is the likely next court date. Even then I suspect it's just the start of a drawn-out process whereby the lawyers (not WTG or SGH shareholders) will continue to syphon off millions from both sides.
All in support of 'justice' of course.
Then maybe two years from now a judge will have reached the point where he can't bear the whining any more and declare that SGH must think he's nuts then release the WTG escrow and accumulated interest. Oh and an invoice for WTG's costs to go with it.
If anyone thinks the Little Man will win anything out of this.....think again.
