    WELL SAID dma. Well said.

    It seems strange that the person you spoke with in VCR "was not aware of the news item on the site and couldn,t find it"!!!!!!.

    Until we hear from VCR, we can only speculate. The publish article stated that;
    1) The price is $80,000. We know that VCR is selling the device for more than that. Last figure I heard was
    1) $120K-$140K in the US (for re-imbursements).
    2) $100K Australian

    2) It was stated that the patient stayed in hospital. We know that one of the attributes about the Ventrassist is that it allowes the patient to return to a "normal life", without such a long delay!!!!

    3) The patient is 48 YO, and stated that "I'm not back to my real self yet but I can do things like make myself a coffee". This is very odd. One of the patients implanted in the AUSTRALIAN TRIALS (NOT THE US trials), was a 60+ YO, and he was able to do a mild exercise!!!!!!

    Conclusion???.......We need to wait and see what VCR says. It is very promising IF (note the IF), VCR has sold 12 devices. But the description used is at odds with what the Ventrassist attributes are???

    Cheers dma. And again, for the 10 millionth time, thanks for digging-up the info.
