Moreover, I think he wrote that piece at least by thursday last week .... but he said - Quote
“Further informing the market is reportedly a priority for the Board, hopefully in a week.”

You will note he used the words "reportedly" and “hopefully” – those words seem to suggest he questions the veracity of the claim that updating holders is a priority.

I use similar words in my work when speaking to something if I question its veracity or find the utterance less than compelling – but I use words like allegedly or he claims, or the assertion is. In this instance, MT chose to use the words reportedly and hopefully. Not overly compelling!

That suggests to me that he remains to be convinced that informing the market (read – shareholders) is in fact a priority and he will believe it when he sees it.

At the pub you’d of course use rather different word – you’d probably say something like…..they reckon they know how important it is for shareholders to know what’s happening and reckon they’re gunna tell us something in a week or so but I reckon they are trying to pizz up me back and think I’m dumb enough to believe em if they say its just raining!

BTW - hold a handful for the moment but don't expect to hold them long... what can I say .... I thought it was raining - .
