The (say) Costs you Stated look far too high, therefore You have presented a real Worst case Position.
Max.Costs of $ 100,000,000 may be closer to the Mark.
I have chased up some Taxation Positions which occur because THR is a U.K. Registered Company,now it is Possible and I say Possible, that THR may not have to pay Company Tax and only pay Mining Fees to the N.T. Government.
