Have to agree with you that the SPP doesn't appear to be going all that well, if people are still being contacted at this late stage to see if they will be subscribing ... May be proven wrong, but I really doubt that the company would be putting in so much effort in chasing shareholders up if the SPP was going to be fully subscribed or over-subscribed.
Anyway, it's not long now until everyone will know how successful it was.
