1. Strategic partnership and offtake with global magnet manufacturer. Ie Siemens
2. Capacity expansion as hinted by VP Kam Leung
3. Attract global investment funds: Ie Blackrock World Mining Trust
4. Secondary listing post consolidation to attract overseas investors
