    I'll present an argument for a buyer of heads: suppose someone has just bought heads on the premise the options will all expire worthless and the 28% dilution will not occur, would he/she be able to claim for more shares to compensate this unforseen dilution? and thus it goes on and on

    big can of worms people and I'll bet it doesn't get opened
