I dont believe an application has ever been submitted but rather they had some other deep issues as Sue12 would say to contend with (possibly environmental). It is quite likely those issues have been resolved to the BLM satisfaction and now the application can proceed.

That's why GDN were upbeat when they declared October most likely for spud of Para#2.

You have become so, so negative with GDN. Litten up. GDN SP may shock you come Monday and go up in anticipation of the permit approval in near future. If the Permit gets approved soon then predrill hype could offer some profits to you.

Any way I for one am very happy that there is proof that it is proceeding. Now will Sue12 be right that they wont get it approved?
