I made a complaint to asx they had no problem with ahf or go and both asic with it was pretty much there reply.
The best course of action is lodge a application with takeovers panel. Which i am not going to do. Or contact asic. What ever you do cost time and or plus money . Look after number 1 st -your self. That it not worth my time or money for my position in ahf to contact asic or spend 2k on take overs panel application. Of which grant would be best person to do such thing.
. Im guessing there will be a lot of dissapointed holders at end of month. For various reasons .
