At the risk of boring you all with EPT, again,  I am posting an interview with the CEO which is the first I have ever seen and was recorded last week.

The best way to create real wealth is borrow as much as you can and buy a house in Sydney. If that's no challenge, for those wishing to do it the hard way, pick a winning small cap, buy and never sell. When I was living in China I could trade tax free, alas those days are over. Now my money dwindles not accumulates, thanks to the highest prices in the world and the tax collector who maybe would prefer me to buy more property than invest in an enterprise that adds value to the country.
