I look at it from a valuation point of view. Do you actually think the company is worth 25% more than what it is based on the information released? If underlying npat increase by the same fold with all other factors remaining constant than yes it's probably worth much much more (has to be positive in the first place, not negative). Too many factors involved in a valuation of the company but to keep it simple - does the increase in sales/revenue & profit/profit margin justify the increase in market cap? Are you willing to buy the company outright at the overall market cap as an investor?

If a company share prices surges too quickly, it is definitely going to retrace (most if not all of the time). There are occasions where good news are released back to back to the market, only then will the share price continue going up. The only thing stopping BUB share price from retracing is if CFDA approval is announced. Otherwise, I see it going back down to 70 cents and further down to test 60 cents. Don't forget we were at a low of 46.5 cents not too long ago and CR at 45 cents. Even at 60 cents, we are still up 33% from CR price (which is still reasonably good).

Only reason I'm not selling my long term parcel is because it is a long term parcel. (Probably holding it forever and passing it on to the next generation) So even if it drops to sub 50 cents again, it won't bother me. Only gives me the opportunity to pick up some trading parcels on the way back down. Buy on the anticipation, sell on the news as the saying goes.

Will the share price continue going up to $1? Very possible, since it is still an uptrend and traders jumping on board. However everyone should definitely apply caution at this price levels. Personally, I've told family & friends to jump on board at 50 cents after the price crashed but I wouldn't be asking them to buy now.

I am a registered licensed valuer in NSW & WA, residing in WA. I value businesses & a range of residential/commercial properties. Also, I'm investor/trader as well.

All the best to holders (new & old)
