That is wrong information , all SH's , registered in Aust and holding on Oct 4 will receive a letter outlining the offer with an unique BPay code to pay with. SH's do not have to sign up to anything.
Offer closes 3rd Nov , AGY clearly states that they reserve the right to extend/close/withdraw the offer.
